		<description>Is it just me, or do the eco benefits of rail transport fluctuate quite a bit in relation to how full the train is at given time? At full capacity, yes this is a very environmentally concious way to travel, but but I cant see it being as beneficial once the numbers start to drop a little. If anyone had some statistics on this, i&#039;d love to read it (Efficiency of transport in relation to capacity)</description>
