Start with a Great Brand:
Building a great website gets a lot easier when you have a solid brand to start out from.
Branding doesn’t mean a nice logo.
It means that you have a very clear answer to the following questions:
If this business were a person, who would it be?
If our ideal customer were a specific individual person, who would it be?
Because the web is a blank wall, usually with no real-world relationships to help your new visitors acclimate, your website’s structure and language becomes a key part of the communication.
And if you don’t know who is talking, how can you know what to say?
