I love the idea and the concept. However, a quick visit to the website revealed that it is very difficult to use it.
- I couldn't understand who is responsible for paying the change name fee - is it he buyer or the seller. If it is the buyer - he has no means to know what his total cost will be as the change fee isn't listed.
- It isn't clear what can be changed - only the names? the dates - the departure airports? the destination airport? how much each change cost? This is different between different tickets, and it is not listed.

This kind of service is geared towards the budget minded customer - Without knowing what the final price, I can't see how this is going to be used.

A suggestion for improving the system will be to offer a standard search, that will display all the flight options, but will take into account the potential savings of buying second hand tickets.
So if a user can get a flight with Lufthansa for 200 EUR instead of 250 (after purchasing a second hand trip, and applying all the needed change fees), he may choose to book it over the 230 EUR offer from BA.
Such a system can be used also to purchase standard tickets - providing Re-Ticket with affiliate revenue.
