Nice idea from review service Eezeer to produce a monthly report showing how airlines around the world are engaging with and managing their Twitter profiles.
The study (starting with March 2011), however, is being produced via an infographic, so actually needs little explanation…













Cool data. Now to a question. What does it mean when the airline follows me? Is it actually reading any of my twits (that don’t include the airline as a @ or # ?). Is it likely to RT any of them? What do I gain, except an ego boost?
