Travel search widget takes on car rental, major travel sites next

Invisible Hand, the downloadable search widget, has extended its coverage of the travel sector to include car rental suppliers.

The shopping tool can be downloaded to all major browsers and now covers the large car hire companies and claims average savings of £48 for worldwide car rental.

Invisible Hand was developed to prevent the need for consumers to shop around multiple travel sites as well as ensure the most up-to-date pricing information.

At launch the service covered flights as well as major high-street retail brands.

The next phase of development is to extend the tool to large travel sites.
