Amadeus fourth quarter and full-year 2011 results – at-a-glance summary

Amadeus released its fourth quarter and full-year 2011 results today. A quick overview is as follows:

Q4 2011

  • Net revenue – Euro 647.6 million (up from Euro 607.5 million y/y).
  • Adjusted profit – Euro 86.6 million (up from Euro 68.2 million y/y).
  • Adjusted EBITDA – Euro 203.4 million (up from Euro 188.3 million y/y).

Full year 2011

  • Net revenue – Euro 2,707.4 million (up from Euro 2,593.6 million y/y).
  • Adjusted profit – Euro 487.2 million (up from Euro 403.5 million y/y).
  • Adjusted EBITDA – Euro 1,039 million (up from Euro 976.4 million y/y).

Distribution revenue:

Q4 2011:

  • Euro 491.0 million (up from Euro 463.3 million y/y).

Full year:

  • Euro 2,079.4 million (up from Euro 1,992.2 million y/y)

IT revenue

Q4 2011:

  • Euro 156.6 million (up from Euro 144.2 million y/y)

Full year:

  • Euro 628 million (up from Euro 601.4 million y/y)
