WebJet breathes down neck of Expedia – Top New Zealand websites, March 24 2012

Potential for a change at the top of the leading travel websites in New Zealand as WebJet inched closer to market leader Expedia last week.

Expedia is now less than 1% market share ahead of second place WebJet after shedding 0.3% to its tally and its rival gained 0.75%.

Third position holder House of Travel also lost out, seeing almost 1% wiped of its share of the agency category.

    How come Agoda is in the Agency section but Wotif and Booking are in the Destination and Accom sections. #HitwiseGroupingsAnnoyMe
