How airlines use Twitter – March 2012 [INFOGRAPHIC]

US airline Delta saw the number of tweets mentioning it increase by almost a third in March, compared to the previous month, meaning it was the most talked about airline on Twitter.

The latest set of monthly data from Eezeer saw the previous most popular carrier on the social network, AirAsia, drop into second place with around 2,000 fewer tweets.
