HotelPlanner.com, which specializes in group travel for meetings, sporting events and weddings, entered into a partnership with the Professional Bull Riders, based in Pueblo, Colorado.
Hotel Planner, with headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida, will provide group-booking services to PBR, which in turn will offer Hotel Planner advertising and signage at PBR Built Ford Tough Series gatherings.
Hotel Planner enables users to post reservations for group and meetings-space requests, and then hotels respond online with quotes, bidding for the business.
Once a group locks in its rate, members can book and pay separately, Hotel Planner states.
In the case of PBR, however, the bulls have to make their own travel and lodging arrangements — although they assuredly get group rates, too.
