Thomson holds off Expedia threat – Top UK travel sites, full month May 2012

Less than 1% market share separates agency leader Thomson from Expedia in the battle for top spot in the list of leading travel sites in the UK.

Thomas Cook is around 1.5% behind Expedia, with Lastminute.com and TravelRepublic taking up the fourth and fifth positions respectively.

In the airline category, EasyJet has a slender lead over rival low cost carrier Ryanair.

NB: Tnooz is now publishing monthly data from Experian Hitwise, rather than the previous weekly data.
