Thanks for shining a spotlight on improving the airport/total trip experience. Reducing stress levels is the most interesting to me, as my focus in on well-being travel. We see melt-downs at the gate, in flight and through out the process. With long wait times, especially for long-hauls – it’s not just process flow and technology but also creating pleasant micro-environments, meaningful activities, peace and relaxation et al. Would be very interested to see more on the customer experience. Cheers!
