Apple vs Android in the mobile travel booking Olympics [INFOGRAPHIC]

Some interesting data provided by late-booking service Hotel Tonight, looking at the differences between users with Android or Apple mobile devices.

The startup has examined activity and behaviour of users via its mobile app since the beginning of the year, revealing some remarkable differences around such areas as days and times of booking, popular cities and other wider travel trends.

  1. Very interesting results. I’m having a hard time coming up with a dossier for iOS & Android users. Android users: thrill seekers, deal seekers, gamblers, night owls and spontaneous. iOS users: Travelers, adventurers, urbanites and wealthy early-birds.

    Think this data can infer conclusions about politics, religion and class? Now that would be an eyebrow-raising infographic.
