How did London hotels perform in user reviews during the Olympics? [INFOGRAPHIC]

With athletes and spectators heading home after a fortnight of sporting action at the London 2012 Olympics, hoteliers are bracing themselves for what their customers will be adding by way of reviews.

TrustYou has analysed some of the initial data captured in its system to understand more about the type of  reviews being left on review sites .

The research also shows the so-called sentiment within the reviews and discovered that 81% of the 600+ reviews left so far would recommend the property.

So not only did thousands of athletes perform well, on this early analysis so did many of the UK capital’s hotels.

It’d be good to see this data split down by nationality as that will influence all of this big time. Could have done a medal table of the happiest and unhappiest visitors by country which would have been interesting. Shame about the Gym typo!

  2. Decifer Curain says:

I agree Duncan. I see that this report doesn’t say much. Look’s like a school kid’s summer project! No wonder how pathetic are the thoughts on analytics/insights by conversation capturing tool companies like this. Sigh!

  3. Jonathan says:

Clean sweep,Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for Red Carnation Hotels.
