DataArt hacks away to bend your trip into something new

One of the participants at last week’s THack @ SFO was DataArt, pulling together APIs from Vayant, Travelport and LocalGuiding to create BendMyTrip.

Other APIs used in the hack came from Rome2Rio and Google Images.

Although the hack did not secure the overall prize, BendMyTrip is a fantastic example of a travel service which can be created in a limited space of time with a decent slice of creativity thrown in for good measure.

DataArt presented its hack at the event via video. Senior vice president of European business, Dmitry Bagrov, explains all:
