The industry has seen theÂ way people book travel and the way travel is sold evolve further and new models and technology promise to bring another wave of change over the next couple of years.
Smartphones, social media, review sites, discount sites, daily deals are shaking up the travel industry. Or so we’re led to believe.
Getting together for a roundtable lunch recently in London, hosted by Hotwire, were four figures representing different corners of the travel sector.
