Searching on websites – some very uncomfortable truths [VIDEO]

Is anyone perfect (especially when it comes to travel content) when returning search results to users? Probably not.

This video from the Google Analytics team, following on from a previous effort about the online checkout process, will be painful (if rather amusing) viewing for many site owners.

As Google says, the video highlights “how some missteps in the online shopping experience would look if they actually played out in real life”.

NB: Our site search is hosted by, err, Google. Just so you know :)
