Ryanair signs distribution deal with Amadeus

Amadeus has signed a deal with Ryanair and will sell the carrier’s inventory through its global distribution network, the pair announced today.

Tnooz broke the news at the start of the year that Ryanair was talking to the three major GDSs  about third-party distribution. Today’s announcement comes a few months after Travelport announced a distribution deal with Ryanair.

Ryanair itself has been working hard over the past year or so to present itself as a more customer-focused carrier.

More details to come, but for now, here is the official press release.
