Traveller behaviour when booking with indie hotels online [INFOGRAPHIC]

Travelnuts has analysed data flowing through its system over a numbers of years to monitor how travellers search and book independent hotels.

As a result it has been able to build an interesting picture of how such properties can both target and interact with potential guests.

Perhaps one of the most interesting elements of the analysis is the ancillaries, and therefore what types of products consumers are selecting to do once they are in a property.

Handy for those targeted emails or notifications on an app that a hotelier might send to a guest pre and during a stay.
