tnooz workshop replay – a hotelier’s guide to live chat

Triptease and tnooz hosted a free, how-to workshop on live chat for the hotel industry. which took place on Tuesday 28 November.

He said:

“Live chat is a way for hoteliers to deliver their world-class customer service online without being hampered by technology. We’ve seen chat being leveraged to phenomenal effect in other industries, but hospitality is not yet embracing its full potential.”

 

Charlie built his first business straight after graduating from Oxford with a degree in engineering. He was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Esquire Magazine and is one of HSMAI’s ‘Extraordinary Minds’.
